Fédération née en 1982, pour regrouper des associations de type 1901, faisant de la reconstitution historique [ XVIIIème siècle, Indianisme, Coureur des Bois, Trappeur, Militaire ( couvrant les guerres d'Indépendance, de Sécession Nord et Sud et Indiennes ) et Cow-boy " old time"] afin d'organiser chaque année autour du 14 juillet un " RENDEZ-VOUS " international, non ouvert au public, en tenue, campement et comportement en harmonie avec la période choisie ( ne dépassant toutefois pas le tout début du 20ème siècle ).

Federation created in 1982 to gather together non-profit-making associations, to organize every year around the 14 th of july, an international "RENDEZ-VOUS", not open to the public,doing historical reconstruction [ XVIII th century, Indian, Coureur des bois, Trapper, Army ( including Independance   war, North-South American war, Indian war) and Cowboy "old time" ] with outfits, camps and behaviour in harmony with the chosen time ( not earlier than the beginning of the XX Th century).
